Voilà is a subsidiary of Trilogy International Partners, LLC, ("Trilogy") a privately held company based in Bellevue, WA. Trilogy invests in wireless telecommunication operations in international markets that exhibit strong opportunities for significant growth.

Trilogy currently has controlling interests in mobile communications companies in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia and New Zealand. These businesses hold licenses to provide wireless communications services to over 31 million people. In addition to wireless services, the operating companies are also authorized to provide termination and origination of international long distance, public telephony and mobile data services.

Trilogy's operating companies manage networks utilizing two major digital technologies: Global System for Mobile Communications ("GSM") in Haiti, Bolivia, and New Zealand, and both GSM and Code Division Multiple Access ("CDMA") in the Dominican Republic. These technologies represent global digital standards and were chosen for their proven and superior ability to provide enhanced capacity and data services.

Trilogy International Partners is also the parent of Trilogy International Marketing LLC, ("TIM") which is the exclusive agent of Voilà wireless service in the United States. TIM makes it convenient and affordable for Haitians living in the United States to top up and establish Voilà phone accounts for family and friends residing in Haiti. TIM works with a variety of local distributors to process top-up and phone purchases personally, and offers the ability for customers to perform the same transactions online, economically and conveniently.
