Voilà is a subsidiary of Trilogy International Partners, LLC, a privately held company based in Bellevue, WA. Since our founding in 1998 under the name Comcel, Voilà has grown steadily to become one of Haiti's leading wireless communications providers, serving over a million customers. Voilà's vision is that by providing superior service, we can help strengthen Haiti both economically and socially. Over the past decade, we have spent over $200M on the Voilà network, making us Haiti's largest U.S. investor and one of Haiti's largest taxpayers. Our staff now numbers 540 people, and our operations support thousands more - 35,000 - who distribute phones and service to customers throughout the country.
Supporting the Haitian community has been a core value for Voilà since its inception. Our Voilà Foundation has been involved in a variety of philanthropic projects, focused primarily on sports and educational programs for Haiti's youth and we are the largest corporate sponsor of primary school scholarships in Haiti.
In December 2009, Voilà and parent company, Trilogy International Partners, were honored with the prestigious "Award for Corporate Excellence" from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in recognition of Voilà's record of corporate social responsibility in Haiti.
